Sew yourself a little pocket friend! In this workshop, participants will be provided with a felt goddess or gnome doll to embellish and stitch together. Using simple stitches and colorful sewing floss, these dolls can be carried around in your pocket to tell your worries or your dreams to! All materials provided, including thread, needles, felt fabric, stuffing, beads and trim, and a booklet with a variety of stitches.

In my signature gelli printing workshop, I start by teaching a 3 step process that is guaranteed to create beautiful pieces of art. We use a variety of paints and mark making tools to create gorgeous gelli printed artworks on heavy weight paper that can be framed and hung as a print or used as a postcard. After the initial process, we experiment with combinations of the steps and tools to make truly original artworks. Participants will leave with many gelli prints and the skills to keep creating more fun! This workshop can also be themed for a birthday or other season or holiday.

Ages 8+ | 2 hours
Turn your own ideas into stamps you can use again and again! In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of stamp carving using rubber carving material and simple gouges. Choose from a selection of easy-to-carve designs or create your own, then carve and print your very own handmade stamp. You’ll leave with your finished stamp and a stamp pad, ready to start making your mark. Please note: sharp tools will be used.

Create stunning coasters or ornaments with glass or ceramic tiles. I’ll take you through the whole process, from choosing designs, to placing tiles, to grouting and finishing your piece. Other mosaic pieces can be available for additional costs as well, like wall hangings or plant markers.

Please note:
For most art parties, adequate space with tables and chairs for each participant is required. Children under the age of 18 need to be under direct supervision at all times. Art parties require payment in full at time of scheduling.
Cancellation policy:
The advance payment goes toward purchasing supplies for each participant. Because of this, 50% of the payment is a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days before, 50% of the payment will be refunded. If you cancel 14 days or fewer before, the payment is non-refundable.
