An absolute favorite summer dish – enjoy it grilled on the BBQ, air fried, or even in the skillet!
If you have a very large pork shoulder or another cut of pork, simply make lots of souvlaki and freeze it in portions for later. Place approximately 20oz of cubed pork in quart sized zip top bags. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well. Seal and label the bags. Flatten and freeze. Now, just take one out the day before you want to grill and defrost in the refrigerator.
